TASK: Research CD cover / album (vinyl) cover art.

• Pick three or four music artists that you like and research the artwork (only album cover art is permitted) that accompanies their musical releases. 
• Google the artists name and look for their discography on wikipedia.
• Save examples of their work and make a Word document or PowerPoint that displays them effectively.
• Print these out and stick them into your exercise book.

Underneath, answer the following questions for each piece of artwork:

1. What works best about the image that has been selected?
2. Why has that particular image been selected and what is effective about it?
3. How is the artist being represented in the artwork?
4. What colours (colour palette) have been used?
5. What effect do the colours have on the overall piece of artwork?
6. What type of font has been used? 
7. What is so effective about the fonts chosen?
8. How would you make the cover better?
